Weekly Wireless Institute of Australia News Broadcast

On Sunday mornings at 10:00 hours local  time the WIA National news broadcast will be relayed via the Coast link 2 metre repeater network from Amateur Radio N.S.W. VK2WI  to the following areas.

146.850MHz Maddens Plains Repeater covering Sydney / Wollongong /  Shellharbour.

146.975MHz Saddleback Mountain Repeater covering Kiama / Southern Highlands / Nowra.

146.675MHz Mount Boyne Repeater covering Ulludulla / Batemans Bay.

Immediately following this National Amateur Radio news program, Amateur Radio New South Wales will commence the N.S.W. local news broadcast.   This broadcast commences approximately 10:30 Hours.

On Sunday evening at 19:30 Hours local time, the New South Wales local news will be repeated.   Once again this will be relayed to all areas via the Coastlink 2 metre network.

    John Moyle Contest

    The John Moyle Field day weekend and Fox hunting will be at the IARS Penrose site. Date : 18th and 19th March 2023 The site will be open from Friday the 17th at 3pm if you wish to camp an extra night. Please note there are no bathroom facilities and you need to bring your own water, camping gear, food, drinks and all your necessary camping items if you intend to stay overnight.
