Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Illawarra Amateur Radio Society (Incorporated) will be held on Tuesday 9th August 2011.  The meeting will be held at the Visitors Center Industry World, Springhill Road, Coniston, N.S.W., 2500.  The meeting will commence immediately following the closing of the August General meeting of the society.

Membership renewals are now due, members are requested to renew their membership at the earliest convenience, and complete a membership renewal form.  Membership fees are presently $25.00 for full membership and $20.o0 for concessional membership.  Members must be financial to nominate for, or be nominated for, a position on the management committee.   Members must also be financial to vote at the AGM.

If your not able to attend the AGM you may appoint a proxy on your behalf.   You should complete a proxy form and return it to the Secretary before 17:00 Hrs EST on Monday 8th August 2011.
